Host/Hostess

Hiring: Host / Hostess (Full-Time / Part-Time) We are opening a brand-new premium Chinese restaurant at Chadstone Shopping Centre (250 seats) and are currently looking for experienced Host / Hostess staff to join our opening team. Position Details: • Full-Time: 38 hours per week (must be fully available Monday–Sunday) • Part-Time: Up to 24 hours per week (minimum 3 shifts per week required) If you cannot commit to the required availability, please do not apply. Host / Hostess Requirements & Responsibilities: • Welcoming and greeting guests professionally • Managing reservations and waitlist during busy service • Strong communication and customer service skills • Confident handling high-volume restaurant traffic • Good presentation, common sense, and attention to detail • Able to work closely with floor staff and management team •Chinese speaking is a strong advantage Important Dates: • Training starts: 3 June • Soft Opening: 12 June If you are not available during the training week and opening period, please do not apply.

Pay: From $25.85 per hour
