Restaurant Host/Hostess

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations throughout the dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous host/host or food service experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
