Hotel Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and cleanliness, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ensure all public areas, including lobbies and restrooms, are clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Replace linens, towels, and toiletries in guest rooms as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A commitment to providing high-quality hospitality services to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
