Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and public spaces.
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures using industrial cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in back-of-house areas such as laundry rooms, storage closets, and staff break zones.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily cleaning schedules and uphold the hotel’s high standards of hospitality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services; hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying cleaning needs or maintenance issues.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.80-$17.00 per hour
