Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Perform detailed floor care tasks including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors to uphold aesthetic standards.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards.
• Adhere to all health regulations and company policies related to sanitation and infection control.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable; familiarity with janitorial or industrial cleaning enhances your effectiveness.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet extraction and hard surface polishing is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality environments demonstrates your ability to deliver exceptional guest service through cleanliness.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience provides a strong foundation in cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
• Housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in supervisory responsibilities or team leadership roles. Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
