Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning and a strong background in hospitality or custodial services. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Carry out floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-maintained.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
