Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in residential settings. The ideal candidate will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, organized, and welcoming, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for clients and staff. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in residential cleaning environments. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting with a focus on quality service and attention to detail.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and professionalism during all cleaning tasks

Requirements

• Previous custodial or residential cleaning experience is highly desirable
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), and walking throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures
• Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at work sites
• Must be punctual, dependable, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Pay: $15.39-$17.00 per hour
