An HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the HR department, handling tasks like record maintenance, recruitment support, and employee communication. They act as a liaison between the HR manager and employees, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR function. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:Managing employee records, maintaining databases, and handling paperwork related to hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Recruitment Assistance:Posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate screening.
- Employee Communication:Responding to employee inquiries, disseminating information about policies and procedures, and assisting with benefit enrollments.
- Payroll and Benefits:Assisting with payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate records.
- Compliance:Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements related to employment and HR practices.
Key Skills:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining the privacy and security of sensitive employee information.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
