Hr Assistant - Compensation And Benefits

The Compensation & Benefits and Admin Officer is responsible for supporting deployed employees by administering benefits, addressing payroll-related concerns, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

ROLES:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Serve as point of contact for payroll-related concerns (e.g., attendance issues, deductions, salary discrepancies) and coordinate with the payroll team for resolution.
  • Monitor timekeeping, attendance, overtime, and leave records in coordination with store supervisors/managers.
  • Facilitate enrollment, updates, and inquiries on government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Administer company-provided benefits such as allowances, and HMO healthcare coverage.
  • Coordinate with the HMO provider for employee enrollment, deletion, availments, and claims assistance.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee government and cooperative benefits records.
  • Provide guidance to employees on compensation and benefits policies

Administration

  • Oversee deployment-related requirements such as uniforms, IDs, onboarding kits, and store clearances.
  • Coordinate with restaurant managers regarding employee movements, attendance concerns, and other administrative needs.
  • Monitor employment documentation of deployed employees.
  • Assist in organizing employee activities, trainings, orientations, and engagement programs for deployed employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • With experience in HR, compensation & benefits, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems, government-mandated benefits, and HMO/healthcare provider processes.
  • Experience in conducting orientations or employee briefings is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; approachable to frontline employees.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,500.00 per month
