Hr Associate - Recruitment

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our HR team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in high-volume recruitment, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing talent.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Makati office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Volume hiring of rank-and-file roles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a steady pipeline of candidates
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and communication
  • Assist in processing pre-employment requirements and onboarding coordination
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast and meet manpower needs
  • Support other HR initiatives and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in high-volume hiring
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with job portals and online sourcing tools
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati from Monday to Friday
