About the Team:
As an HR Business Partner Intern, you will support the People Team in driving impactful HR initiatives and projects across the region. This role provides exposure to a broad spectrum of HR functions and the opportunity to learn how HR partners with business teams to enable growth and employee success.
Job Description:
- Assist in coordinating the rollout of HR initiatives across different business teams and regions
- Support collaboration between Business Teams and Centre of Excellence (COE) functions to align HR programs with business needs
- Contribute to HR projects in areas such as recruitment, talent management, learning & development, compensation & rewards, employee relations, recognition, and strategic development
- Help with project management activities, including planning, tracking progress, and preparing reports for stakeholders
- Conduct research and benchmarking to provide insights for HR projects and decision-making
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of HR initiatives and suggest areas for improvement
- Support ad-hoc HR-related tasks and duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
