JOB SUMMARY:
The HR & Admin Specialist will be point person of employees and management, they will also handle various recruitment tasks, administrative tasks, manage office supplies, oversee employee attendance, and perform occasional finance admin-related work. This role requires someone who can maintain office order and serve as a bridge between staff and owners.

Monday to Friday; Full Onsite
but with some occasional work from home when schedule permits (Discretion of Management)

Qualifications / Skills needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, HR, finance or admin roles.
- Proven experience in managing office operations.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong resourcefulness traits
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership qualities to manage and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace
- Knowledge of HR and finance processes.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
ROLE OBJECTIVES:
- Recruit for Key Candidates for open Positions in the company
- Ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage HR and administrative tasks.
- Act as a point of contact between staff and owners.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Execute Job Openings & Recruit Candidates for Regular employment & Internship positions
- Enforce Employee handbook and office regulations.
- Overall floor manager of the office space and staff.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance records.
- Handle administrative errands.
- Assist with finance tasks such as processing invoices and managing relevant petty cash.
- Maintain office order and discipline.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Act as a liaison between staff and management.
