Hr Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and organizational development opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive L&D programs, including onboarding, technical, soft skills, leadership, and compliance training.
  • Coordinate and manage in-house and external training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics; recommend improvements as needed.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
  • Mentor and coach employees to support career growth and leadership development.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other training-related technologies.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations matters, provide guidance to managers, and support conflict resolution when needed.
  • Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align L&D initiatives with business goals.
  • Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, learning technologies, and best practices to enhance organizational capability.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development; minor experience in general HR operations is acceptable.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Learning Management Systems.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
