Hr Manager

Job Summary

The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. They also serve as a consultant to management on strategic staffing plans and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Oversee the interview process and conduct background checks.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.

2. Employee Relations & Culture

• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and conflict-resolution strategies.
• Oversee employee termination processes and conduct exit interviews.

3. Compensation & Benefits

• Manage the organization’s benefits programs
• Conduct periodic salary surveys to ensure competitive pay scales.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in compensation.

4. Performance Management & Training

• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Coach managers on leadership and employee development.

5. Compliance & Policy Administration

• Ensure the organization complies with local, state, and federal labor laws.
• Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and internal HR policies.
• Manage HR records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
