Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Cebu City

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions and ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Law
• Manage employee relations, including NTEs and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate with department managers
• Supervise daily office operations
• Represent the company in DOLE/DTI mediations when needed
• Monitor employee compliance and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Must have minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 1 year as an HR Manager
• Knowledgeable in Labor Law
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
