Hr Recruitment Specialist

Summary of the Job:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment process - posting of job ads, sourcing and screening of candidates
• Conducts initial interviews and endorse shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers
• Assist in preparation and discussion of Job Offer
• Performs HR Adhoc task as needed

Qualifications:

Graduate of 4 year course - Psychology,, Behavioral Science or other related course

At least 3 years solid experience in Recruitment and Selection

Work experience gained from Manpower Services, Construction is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time
