Hr Recruitment Specialist

Job Overview:

The HR Recruitment Specialist will handle daily core HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and compliance and will report directly to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Applies expertise in conducting end to end recruitment

2. Creates job descriptions for new positions

3. Source through the usual job boards and other ways to creatively pull in candidates

4. Screen CV carefully and ensure that candidates has the necessary qualifications for the role

5. Schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers

6. Ensure to deliver best positive experience to both candidates and managers

7. Execute all other employee relations tasks as assigned by the HR Manager

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in HRDM, Psychology and other related field

2.Three (3) years HR experience for all facets

3.Experience as a VA is a plus but not required

4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

6.Proficient in utilizing technology for virtual training sessions

7.Passion for Human Resource and professional development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php30,001.00 per month
