Human Resources Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that our HR strategies align with the overall business objectives. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including employee orientation and onboarding.
• Oversee performance management systems to ensure employee development and engagement.
• Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee data management.
• Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
• Design organizational structures that promote efficiency and effectiveness within the workforce.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, or issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources.
• Proficiency in using Paylocity or similar HRIS software.
• Strong knowledge of employment labor law and best practices in human resources.
• Experience in performance management processes and workforce management strategies.
• Excellent organizational design skills with the ability to implement effective HR policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,475.02 - $96,916.15 per year
