The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the HR function in alignment with local legislation, Hilton brand standards, and hotel policies. This role partners closely with the Director of Human Resources and the Management Team to execute human capital strategies, enhance performance and recognition frameworks, and drive talent development initiatives.

What will I be doing?

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Strategic HR Management

  • Support the development of HR strategic plans and lead the HR team in delivering annual objectives.

  • Ensure alignment of HR activities with corporate HR strategies and hotel implementation.

  • Review, maintain, and ensure adherence to all HR policies and procedures.

Leadership & Culture

  • Collaborate with Management to develop and communicate hotel rules and regulations.

  • Promote an open-door culture to strengthen communication and team engagement.

  • Coach department heads to enhance leadership and team performance.

  • Drive initiatives that reinforce Hilton’s culture and workplace morale.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

  • Manage HR budgeting processes and support financial objectives through effective cost control.

  • Represent the hotel in union negotiations with Regional HR and Management.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate and local HR policies, employment laws, and safety regulations.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, ensuring effective hiring solutions.

  • Develop partnerships with external talent providers to strengthen employer branding.

  • Conduct talent reviews and support succession planning and high-potential development.

  • Strengthen training frameworks and departmental trainer capabilities.

Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Oversee team member facilities to maintain Hilton’s operational standards.

  • Supervise Team Member Canteen Chef to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and variety.

  • Manage team member dormitory to ensure safe and positive living conditions.

What are we looking for?

A Human Resources Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within an international hotel brand.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Knowledge of local labour laws and HR operations.

  • Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.

  • Strong business and financial acumen.

  • Open-minded, collaborative, and a strong team player.
