About the job

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Brief responsibilities:

- Present, promote and sell TELUS & Koodo products/services using problem solving methods to existing and prospective customers

- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, digital marketing

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

- Achieve agreed upon sales target levels and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinate sales and operational efforts with team members and at other locations.

- Manage the store and improve its overall performance.

- Continuously improve through feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$37.00 per hour
