Job Title: Inside Sales Support Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Contact List Cleaner to clean, update, and verify contact information in our customer and lead databases. This role is essential in ensuring that our sales and marketing campaigns reach the right people with accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and clean contact lists by removing duplicates and outdated or incomplete records • Verify the accuracy of names, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses using available tools and databases

• Standardize formatting across all contact records (e.g., capitalization, phone number formats)

• Research and update missing or incorrect information using online sources or internal company records

• Tag and categorize contacts according to predefined criteria (e.g., lead type, location, industry)

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure data quality standards are met

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience proven record of success

• Previous experience in data entry, CRM maintenance, or list management preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM/database systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Keap)

• Ability to research and verify data using online tools

• Good communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
