It Business Analyst

Job Details:

• Direct hire/regular employment with our IT company client
• Hybrid setup in Makati (3x onsite per week and dayshift)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years of business analysis experience in software development projects.
• No specific industry required but prior experience in HRIS or financial systems or tax compliance projects is a plus
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Excel, Jira, or Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis is beneficial
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with clients and project teams to gather business requirements, document the requirements, coordinate with the solutions architect, developers and testers, and help ensure the successful delivery of each project. This role requires a keen understanding of business processes and excellent analytical and communication skills. Hybrid work setup with occasional on-site meetings. Must have flexibility to accommodate client meetings as needed.

Main Tasks / Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Engage with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs.

2. Business Process Documentation: Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories. Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.

3. Collaboration with Project Team: Collaborate with developers and UX/UI designers to develop detailed functional specifications, design solutions, and create user interface documentation.

4. Testing and Validation: Collaborate with QA team for test cases and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure solutions meet business and compliance requirements.

5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to business requirements. Propose mitigation strategies to minimize risks.

6. Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for business process improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
