It Business Analyst

*Primarily a work from home set up but needed on site in Metro Manila (Makati or QC) within the first few weeks

IT BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our growing team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and converting these into innovative technology solutions.

Some key responsibilities are:

- Work with stakeholders in understanding their business needs, requirements and vision

- Document business requirements into detailed product specification

- Perform testing and conduct engagements to demo the product

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

- Guide product owners through the process of development

- Provide support to the development team and serve as a liason between stakeholders and users

- Participate where business requirement support is needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the Software Industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Agile implementation
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Must be very organized and keen on details
• Must be a team player
• With experience as a QA Tester and Developer a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
