It Business Analyst (Accounting/ Financial Reporting)

Position: IT Business Analyst (Accounting / Finance)
Setup: Hybrid 3x onsite per week
Location: Makati City

Job Description:

• Collect and analyze data to identify business issues and improvement opportunities
• Define and document business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with technology solutions
• Act as liaison between end-users, business stakeholders, and technical teams
• Collaborate with architects and solution providers to review requirements and address gaps
• Support business leaders and SMEs in conceptualizing ideas and defining requirements
• Assess and validate project justifications against the technology roadmap
• Recommend solutions to business challenges and explore emerging technologies
• Provide documentation and support change management throughout project phases
• Assist project management in overseeing project lifecycle activities
• Ensure adherence to Business Analysis (BA) standards and best practices

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in accounting and finance
• Banking experience is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
