Job Description:

As an intern for APAC regional IT office, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping how we connect with other divisions and offices. You will be instrumental in both enhancing the user experience of our SharePoint site for internal users and crafting compelling presentations that elucidate our IT strategies and initiatives.

These opportunities will provide you with the exposure to the key management-level meetings to gain the overall IT organization knowledge.

(i) Support in IT Strategy and Planning:

• Provide support in regional IT planning projects, initiatives, research, and analysis.

• Preparation for Planning related meetings.

• Provide regular reports & updates to head office as well as management presentation and reports.

(ii) Enhance our communications and engagement to our stakeholders and our staff:

Support ASO to:

• (a) Enhance inter-division Communication

You will be at the forefront of improving how the APAC regional IT office interacts and shares information with other divisions. This role will provide you with the opportunity to reimagine our existing processes and materials, ensuring they are both clear and impactful.

• b) Design Engaging Presentation Materials

Transform our current materials into captivating presentations that not only inform but engage our audience. Your creativity will be key in ensuring that our regional IT office’s updates and initiatives resonate with stakeholders.

• c) Enhance the SharePoint Experience

Dive deep into our existing SharePoint site of regional IT office and bring your innovative ideas to uplift its design and functionality. Your insights will directly contribute to a more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing platform for our users.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

• A passion for effective communication and the drive to enhance inter-office interactions.

• Proficiency in translating complex technical content into clear, comprehensible, and visually engaging materials.

• Well-versed in M365 and office applications, especially with good capabilities in PowerPoint

• Interest in system planning and IT strategic domains

• Good interpersonal skills; confident, service-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships.

• A proactive mindset towards collaboration, always open to feedback and iterative improvements.

• Experience or skills in website design and creation is preferable.
