It Senior Portfolio Delivery Management

we are looking for Someone with Java. .Net applications, cards, trades, transformation in bank, ASIA experience

The primary KPP would be delivery excellence, customer satisfaction index and P&L responsibility. This role requires managing 200+ FTEs.

Job Requirement

• Should have had managed large Development and Production Support teams in an onsite offshore environment involving 100-200 FTEs
• Should have experience managing delivery in BFSI domain
• Total IT experience of 18+ years – diversity of experience helps
• Domain knowledge on Retail Banking, Corporate Banking
• Strong delivery governance skills, proactive mindset
• Good understanding IT outsourcing engagement and commercial models.
• Program Management and Project management experience/knowledge using various project management methodologies like Agile Scrum/Kanban, Waterfall, Iterative etc.
• Should be certified in Project management practices and Agile WoW
• Should have had hands on development / engineering experience in the past
• Experience in managing project delivery in cloud / nextgen technologies
• Ability to demonstrate understanding and implementation of ITIL process, good understanding of productivity improvement levers to achieve efficiency of operations.
• Ability to manage the Fixed price engagement – should understand how to derisk FP engagements
• Good technical acumen and experience, understanding of nextgen technologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Should be able to manage senior stakeholders
• Experience of managing/ participating in RFP/Bid process including Due Diligence

GOOD to HAVE

• Prior experience of managing transitions including transition from incumbent vendors
• AI / Gen AI experience / exposure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
