Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT System/Business Analyst with a strong background in Oracle CC&B and Azure Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, business process analysis, and technical architecture. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, map business processes, and contribute to system design and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Develop Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), flowcharts, logical diagrams, and process maps.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Work on Oracle CC&B software development and architecture, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Alternatively, contribute to Oracle technical stack projects involving web servers, middleware, applications, and database design.
• Support cloud-based initiatives and deployments on the Azure platform.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT System/Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and business process mapping.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B software development/architecture.
  
  • OR at least 3 years of experience in Oracle technical stack (web server, middleware, application, database).
• Experience working with Azure Cloud platform and services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
