Itsm Project Manager

Responsibility：

• Manage the entire lifecycle of key account customers and lead the completion of complex software projects.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee project delivery to ensure timely execution within budget and client expectations.
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution to ensure smooth project progression.
• Ability to manage the implementation of ITSM frameworks while ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical consultants, and product teams, to drive project success.
• Identify potential customer improvement needs and collaborate with the sales team to drive repurchase opportunities.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in ITSM processes and service delivery.
• Provide post-delivery customer service, resolve user problems, product training and guidance, and document best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements：

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Well versed in project management system and processes, with strong planning and risk management skills.
• Prefer candidate with App Performance Monitoring (APM), SaaS experience.
• Must have experience in ITSM implementation.
• PMP and ITIL certifications are a plus point.
• Proficiency in requirement analysis and system design.
• Experience with O&M products or tools, including automation tools, log analysis tools, and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to collaborate with business counterpart.

Job Type: Full-time
