Junior Account Manager (Entry Level)

We are actively seeking a passionate and career-driven ACCOUNT MANAGERto join our high-performing sales team!

What to role is about:

• Manage client accounts and sell FDC's solution stacks
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, provide support by swiftly and courteously responding to their questions, requests, and concerns.
• Help with account management, making sure that clients' demands are satisfied and that projects are moving forward. Coordination with several internal teams may be required for this.
• Maintain regular contact with clients through meetings, phone calls, and emails to provide updates on the status of projects, go through strategy, and get feedback.
• Keep accurate records of all communications with clients, agreements, and project specifics.
• Produce and examine reports on account performance and offer recommendations to raise income and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify and address any problems or difficulties.

What you'll need to be:

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business or IT related degree
• With 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Possesses ability to build sustainable relationships with customers.
• Good selling and negotiation skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
