Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced project manager who will support end-to-end project delivery by tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones across cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to closure
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Prepare project schedules, status reports, and documentation
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support senior project managers in resource allocation and task management
• Conduct meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations
• Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project tracking/reporting tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
