We’re a small, close-knit team looking for reliable Kitchen Staff | Kitchen Helper to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working with food, willing to be mentored, and contribute to a well-run, supportive environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in preparing ingredients—washing, peeling, chopping, portioning, and supporting daily mise en place.
• Support basic cooking tasks and help the Head Chef during the cooking process when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices at all times.
• Store food items and supplies properly, ensuring freshness and safety.
• Clean kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment, and ensure they are in good working condition.
• Assist with waste disposal, recycling, and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Support inventory checks, restocking, and stock rotation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Willing to learn and grow in kitchen operations and food preparation
• Able to follow instructions and work collaboratively
• Prior kitchen experience in casual dining restaurants is a plus
• Experience and interest in baking is a plus
