Job Summary

As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. You will be responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as keeping the kitchen organized and stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dishwashing:
• Wash dishes, glassware, and silverware by hand or using a commercial dishwasher.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils.
• Kitchen Cleaning:
• Clean kitchen floors, walls, and ceilings.
• Wipe down counters, stoves, and other kitchen equipment.
• Take out trash and recycling.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, such as ovens, grills, and refrigerators.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to management.
• Inventory Management:
• Stock kitchen supplies, such as dish soap, paper towels, and cleaning chemicals.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a kitchen steward or dishwasher is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
