Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall kitchen operations.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and build standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Support grill and kitchen staff by helping with food handling, cooking, and packaging as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in the setup and breakdown of kitchen as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in kitchens, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being able to take initiative when needed.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various kitchen tasks as required.

Schedule:

• Fixed and set schedule Monday through Friday (no weekends, no nights)
• 8:00 am - 3:30 pm (Close).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
