We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Cook dishes in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Plate and present meals attractively for service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards in the food industry
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Passion for delivering exceptional food service and creating positive guest experiences

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$22.94 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
