Line Cook

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a skilled part time line / prep cook to join our team for 25-30 hours a week. The cook will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards while adhering to food safety regulations.

*Availability*

Candidate must be available weekends from 6 A.M. - 4 P.M.

*Responsibilities*

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food

- Cook and plate menu items as per recipes and quality standards

- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

- Monitor food stock levels and replenish supplies as needed

- Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient food production

*Skills*

- Experience in a restaurant or food service setting

- Proficiency in food preparation techniques

- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
