Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day transport operations and ensure efficient movement of goods. The role involves coordinating with truck operators and third-party logistics providers, scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any transport-related issues. The coordinator will also ensure that all truck operators meet company qualifications, compliance standards, and safety requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
• Experience working with truck operators, dispatching, or fleet coordination is preferred
• Knowledge of transportation processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with TMS or logistics systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
