Role Overview: Are you looking to start your career in the global logistics industry? We are looking for a motivated Logistics Support Associate to join our team in Makati! This is an entry-level role where you will learn the ropes of international shipping—from air and sea freight to land transport. We provide the training; you provide the hard work and attention to detail.

What you’ll do:

  • Track & Trace: Help us monitor the status of shipments and deliveries, ensuring everything is moving on schedule.
  • Document Support: Assist in gathering and organizing shipping documents (Air, Sea, and Land) to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Clear Communication: Coordinate with carriers and internal teams through emails and calls to provide status updates.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in our system to ensure all client requirements and timelines are met.
  • Problem Solving: Flag any delays or transit issues to your supervisor so we can solve them together.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 0–2 years of work experience. Fresh Graduates of Logistics, Custom Administration, or Business courses are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Communication: Good English skills (both written and speaking) for coordinating with international partners.
  • Detail-Oriented: You are someone who double-checks your work and enjoys keeping things organized.
  • Willing to Learn: You have a "can-do" attitude and are excited to grow within a fast-paced BPO environment.
  • Work Setup: Comfortable working 100% onsite in Makati.
