Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficient and timely distribution of products.

Duties

• Develop and implement logistical plans, policies, and procedures
• Manage and optimize warehouse distribution processes
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory control and tracking
• Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Conduct demand planning to forecast inventory needs
• Monitor and manage materials management and procurement activities
• Implement Continuous Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for equipment upkeep
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in warehouse operations

Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems
• Strong sourcing and procurement skills
• Knowledge of order picking processes
• Experience in materials management and demand planning
• Familiarity with Warehouse Distribution practices
• Ability to procure necessary resources efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
