Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a person to join our team. Enjoys working as a team member, reliable, flexible and able to work with little or no supervision. Requirements are: Drivers license, Own transportation. Work conditions and Physical Capabilities : Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal sustainability, dependability, reliability, excellent written communication, judgement, excellent oral communication, initiative. Able to perform safety and security checks, contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of establishment. Equipment Operation: Use carpet cleaning machine, steam cleaners, power tools, power lawn mowers, security system, small tractors ( lawn/snow removal attachments), Upholstery cleaning equipment, snowblower. Janitorial Skills: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling and ventilation, plumbing, electrical systems, and contact tradepersons for major repairs. Perform minor repairs on appliances, move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Perform other routine maintenance jobs with minimal supervision. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Report any malfunctions to suerpvisor, produce reports, repair and maintain equipment. Certificate of education or other trades certificate or equivalent experience. Experience 2 years to less than 3 years. Languages: English or Bilingual.

Pay: $19.00-$19.05 per hour
