MB2 Dental, a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007 and based in Carrollton, TX, is actively hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager!
The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns that support MB2 Dental and the Carabelli Club. The primary goal of this role is to drive new partner practices to MB2 Dental and grow Carabelli Club membership through targeted, data-driven campaigns.
This role manages campaigns from strategy through execution using HubSpot for CRM, email automation, workflows, landing pages, and reporting, with a strong focus on lead generation, partner engagement, and measurable revenue impact.

Required Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or marketing automation
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM + Marketing Hub (automation, workflows, email, landing pages, reporting)
- Experience managing webinars through platforms such as ON24, Zoom, Contrast, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn metrics into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration abilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, SMS, webinars, and nurture programs using HubSpot
- Own campaign calendars, timelines, segmentation strategy, A/B testing, QA processes, and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted messaging and campaign assets that drive engagement and conversions
- Build and manage HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, lists, and automated nurture sequences while ensuring data hygiene, deliverability, and compliance with opt-in/opt-out standards
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTR, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
- Manage lead capture and lifecycle processes within HubSpot, ensuring accurate routing, follow-up, and alignment with Business Development on SLAs, lead flow, and pipeline impact
- Own webinar and event campaign execution, including promotion, registration flows, reminders, live support, post-event nurture, and performance reporting for both virtual and in-person events

Reporting & Analytics:
- Build and maintain campaign dashboards and performance reports within HubSpot
- Analyze results to identify optimization opportunities and make data-driven recommendations
- Evaluate KPIs, including cost-per-lead, conversion rates, engagement trends, and overall campaign ROI

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Brand Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery and messaging alignment
- Help refine internal processes, templates, campaign documentation, and scalable workflows
