Key Responsibilities (vary by role)

Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting multicultural audiences

Build partnerships with community organizations, educational agents, and cultural groups

Manage digital marketing, social media, and content creation

Organize and promote events, webinars, and info sessions

Collaborate with admissions and consulting teams to align messaging and outreach

Analyze campaign performance and market trends

Represent Skillverse at multicultural events and expos

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or relevant experience)

Experience in marketing, digital marketing, community engagement, or event management

Deep understanding of one or more of the target communities (LATAM, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh)

Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in a relevant language is a plus

Creative, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Australian work rights (citizenship, PR, or valid work visa)
