Summary:

Position: Medical Front /Office

Hours: 8:00am - 5pm; Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $23hr- $25hr DOE

Location: Beverly Hills, CA. 90211

Duties

• Labs, EKG's, Injections
• Phlebotomy
• Echocardiogram, Stress Testing
• Scheduling appointments
• Greet patients upon arrival and check out according to protocol
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance and provide excellent customer service
• Take detailed and accurate messages
• Guide patients to the back office
• Patient Check-In
• Insurance Eligibility
• 2-3 years of previous medical office experience working back and front office setting
