Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist
Job Description:

Our team of experienced healthcare professionals is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that puts our clients' health and well-being first. We are interviewing full-time/part-time on-site roles for a Medical Assistant. The MA role will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including assisting clinicians with patient care, managing medical records and documentation, supporting daily office operations, and communicating effectively with patients, team members, and other medical professionals.
Qualifications
- Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology skills
- Experience working in a medical office environment
- Patient Care skills, including phlebotomy
- Experience managing medical records and documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other medical professionals
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required
Other Job Duties May Include but are Not Limited To:
- Greet and communicate with clients
- Keep office in order
- Answer customers' questions and address concerns
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them, or take messages
- Check, sort, and forward emails
- Phlebotomy duties for clients
- Educate clients on Optimal Recovery Modalities
- Assist clients with utilizing Recovery Modalities
- Educate clients on various injection therapies
- Charting in EMR
- Appointment Scheduling
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
