Merchant Business - Implementation and Operations Manager

You'll work closely with our sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and provide technical support to drive sales growth. Your ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights will be critical to your success.

What you do

• Merchant Onboarding & Implementation, including requirements gathering and solution design
• Project Management where Implementation timelines and Milestones are formulated, tracked
• Serve as the primary liaison between merchants to document business/technical requirements
• Stakeholder Coordination between Internal Team and External stakeholders
• Support Solution Configuration & Testing, which includes SIT, UAT, PAT
• Provide Post-Implementation Support after Merchant GO-LIVE
• Drive key merchant relationships in going LIVE, including supporting the ongoing testing, verification of test plans, certification of the terminal and ensuring that all payment parameters are implemented
• Project management for key merchant relationships, bringing all relevant stakeholders to deliver payment initiatives including usage and marketing
  

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management, or any related field
• The candidate should possess at least 3-5 years of relevant implementation experience
• Excellent Project Management and Organization skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to deliver project on time
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to details
