Office Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and organized professionals to join our team in Manila

This is an on-site role based in BGC (Bonifacio Global City). The position involves supporting daily office operations, handling communication, and assisting with administrative tasks.

If you are detail-oriented, professional, and confident in using Microsoft Office, we would love to hear from you.

Must Have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in office administration, office management, or secretarial work
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience managing calendars, schedules, and phone communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in BGC, Manila
  • Professional and presentable demeanor

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Answer and manage phone calls and office communications
  • Maintain and organize calendars and schedules
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files
  • Provide administrative support to company leadership
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently

Plus to Have:

  • Previous experience working with an international or foreign company
  • Strong skills in Excel and document management
  • Experience supporting executives or management teams
  • Experience coordinating office logistics or support staff

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
