About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Office Assistant to join our Dublin office 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build experience in a dynamic, high-growth fintech environment and play a meaningful role in keeping our Dublin office running smoothly.
Working 2 days per week, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day office operations, making everything run efficiently behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Keeping the office fully stocked and well-presented — from kitchen supplies and equipment to stationery and storage
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and building management queries
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms, ensuring spaces are set up and ready for use
- Leading the coordination of team socials and events, and supporting the team on company-wide activities
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Supporting new starter onboarding logistics, including desk and laptop set-up, access passes, and welcome packs
- Managing the relationship with our building landlord and external vendors to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
- Providing general admin support to the Operations team as needed
What We're Looking For
- Some prior experience in an office assistant, receptionist, or admin support role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and consistent — the kind of person colleagues can count on
- Proactive and self-motivated; you spot what needs doing and can use your initiative to get it done
- Warm and professional in your communication with colleagues and external visitors
- Comfortable with everyday tech — Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and happy to troubleshoot basics like WiFi, laptop set-up, and monitor connections
- Available to work in-office 2 days per week in Dublin, and seeking part-time hours
