Operations Coordinator

Assist in Annual Business Meeting, Water Baptism and Membership process, including handling applications, database management, maintenance and updates in the integrated church management system

Support HQ ministries for their administrative needs such as organising and following through on meetings, ministry claims, budgeting and monitoring, preaching schedules, guest speakers management

Assist in Church-wide, Special Projects/ Events as assigned, especially Church Retreats, Governance, Compliance and PDPA matters of the church

Assist in providing training admin support for onsite classes and zoom lessons both, printing of training materials

Provide administrative support for community outreach activities

Manage the church mainline, responsible for room bookings, manage HQ office administration (housekeeping, mails, pantry, stationary, supplies, storage, etc.)

Assist in procurement related matters such as tracking inventories, raising purchase orders, distribution of service elements and gifts to campuses etc.

Co-ordinate with campus admin team to ensure efficient and effective processes/ workflows for ministries

Liaise across various HQ departments and work together to support operations

Assist Operations Manager in managing external organisations, coordinating and managing special events, external conferences etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
