Operations Coordinator(Hvac)

Reports to: Owner/Managing Director
Role Purpose: Run day-to-day operations so the owner can focus on growth.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule daily work for install crews & service techs.
• Order materials, track deliveries, coordinate with suppliers.
• Communicate with site supervisors & builders.
• Create job folders, checklists, and install packages.
• Track labour hours and job progress.
• Update CRM / job management system.
• Handle minor customer and warranty issues.
• Ensure field team has everything needed before starting jobs.
• Conduct daily/weekly operations meetings.
• Provide weekly KPI reports (jobs completed, delays, labour issues).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37,733.64-$65,000.00 per year
