Operations Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in retail or store operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in managing store staff, handling daily store operations, and customer service management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to train, guide, and supervise store personnel.
• Capable of creating staff work schedules and monitoring attendance.
• Knowledge in store operations, inventory control, and sales monitoring.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and store standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and proper store presentation.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word).
• Ability to prepare basic reports related to sales and store operations.
• Willing to travel and visit assigned store branches when required.
• Willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
