Optometric Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Service: Provide top-notch service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and making sure every patient leaves feeling great.
• Patient Care: You'll help prepare patients for their eye exams, making sure they feel comfortable and informed.
• Eyewear Guidance: This is where the fun starts! You’ll guide patients through our eyewear options, helping them find the frames and lenses that fit their style, lifestyle, and vision needs.
• Team Support: You’ll work closely with our optometrists and office team to keep everything running smoothly and ensure every patient has a positive experience.
• Organizing & Stocking: Keep our frame displays fresh, organized, and stocked—patients love having plenty of options to choose from.

What We’re Looking For:

• Adaptability: You prioritize improving one's self and are able to adapt and evolve with a team constantly looking for improvements to our service and ways to provide an improved quality experience for those that walk in our doors.
• People Skills: You’re naturally friendly, a good listener, and have a knack for making people feel comfortable.
• Detail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple tasks and keep things organized, even when things get busy.
• Sales-Driven: You’re motivated to help patients find the best eyewear for them—and you’re ready to hit some fun sales goals.
• Experience: If you've worked in retail, customer service, or healthcare, great! If not, no worries—we'll teach you everything you need to know!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $32,000.00-$47,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
